*Please note that while parking lots are available for 24/7 that during Fall semester renters are not permitted to park in either parking lot during home football games. This includes all Saturday games as well as any weekday games that may be scheduled during the season.

Common Questions
Here are a few commonly asked questions about our parking lots.

How much does it cost to purchase a parking pass?
Fall and Spring parking spaces are $400. Summer Parking spaces are $200 -
Can I park in my space at night and on the weekends too?
Yes & No. The parking lot is generally 24/7, however, during the Fall semester and football season, renters are NOT permitted to park in the lot for any home football games. This includes Saturday and weekday games! -
How do I get a spot if I've never rented with you before?
See our "New Renter Process" below. Please note that these spaces are sold as first come, first serve; and thus not everyone who applies may get a space before each semester deadline. -
How can I pay for my space?
We only accept Cash, Check and Money order and cannot take cards payments, Venmo, or Paypal payments at this time. -
Are spaces assigned and can we share spaces?
Spaces are assigned to one person, we only sell the exact number of spaces that we have available. Space sharing is not permitted, one parking pass per renter will be provided at the time of purchase. The sticker must be placed on the rear window as we check daily to make sure only our renters are parking within the lot. Towing IS enforced. In the event that you need to park using a different car, you MUST inform us the make/model/tag number of the car you will be using and how long you will be using it to avoid being towed.

You will fill out a contract for the parking term, then pay in the form of Cash, Check, or Money Order made out to Howard Street Parking

Come by our office to pickup your parking pass and get your assigned space PRIOR to parking in the lot. This must be done before classes begin for each semester.
